Raphaël is Chairman and CEO of Havas Village France since 2017. Havas Village France regroups 2500 talents in media, data, events, and creatives agencies (Havas Media, Arena Media, Havas Sports & Entertainment, Havas Paris, Socialyse, Havas Events, Agence79, Fullsix, Ekino…).
He started is career in 1992 at TBWA. He joined BETC in 1996, he was appointed CEO in 2007. In 2010, BETC was ranked 2nd most creative agency worldwide at the Gunn Report. From 2011 to 2013, Raphaël was Executive Vice President - the Pay TV Division, of Canal+.
In 2013, Havas hired him as Chief Executive Officer of Havas Media Group France and President of Havas Productions.
Raphaël is also President of UDECAM (The French Media Agencies Association), Board member of Mediamétrie, member of the International Emmy Awards Directors board, and Lecturer at HEC Business school.
Sylvia Tassan Toffola is a ISG and HEC Executive Programme graduate and she started her career at Aegis Media France in 1995 before joining TF1 Publicité from 2007 to 2013. At TF1 Publicité, she is in charge of the Special Operations & Sponsoring (361), Digital and Development. In September 2013, she joins Dentsu Aegis Network as CEO at Amplifi France, the trading and media content department of the group.
In march 2016, Sylvia Tassan Toffola is named Associate CEO at TF1 Publicité and is in charge of the TV, Digital, Radio and Development sales team and Live in France and internationally.
She defines and develops of the sales policy and the digital transformation of the advertising agency. She seats in the board of the social Media Minute Buzz and Media Square. She also administrates TF1 Foundation dedicated to young people’s occupational integration and education in sensible neighborhoods.
In 2018, she is elected President of the Web Advertising Agencies Union (SRI) and directs the Research and Advertising Studies Institute (IREP).
Graduated in Marketing from HEC Paris business school and in private law from Paris Assas law school, Frédéric is Managing Director France within Weborama, a global leader in data-driven consumer knowledge and marketing solutions (www.weborama.com).
Engaged in collective good and growth, he has been elected President of the French Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) in April 2018.
He spent most of his career working in different media companies. Seven years leading the music publishing and pop music TV channels activities of M6 Group, part of Bertelsmann. Then another seven years in the public service where he occupied the position of new business director (books, dvd, websites) for Arte then head of marketing and communication at Groupe France Télévisions. In the radio business, he was managing director of the classical music Radio Classique (Les Échos Group) and pop gold hits Radio Nostalgie (NRJ Group). He also spent two years consulting on strategy and organization within Greenwich (now EY).

Jean-Luc CHETRIT, 53, is a graduate of the Lyon School of Management (EM Lyon). He began his career in the commercial department of Procter & Gamble. He joined Nestlé in 1994, where he held, in France and Asia, increasing responsibilities both in Marketing and in the development of Key Accounts. Back at Procter & Gamble, he was appointed head of France and Europe sales management for several of the group's major accounts, and in 2009, Jean-Luc CHETRIT became Procter & Gamble France's Marketing & Communications Director and member of the Management Committee. He was also a member of the Board of the UDA. In October 2012, he was appointed President of Carat France (a subsidiary of Dentsu Aegis Network), a pioneer in media consulting and the purchase of advertising space. In 2013, he became Vice President of UDECAM and President in 2015. In June 2017 he joined the UDA as General Manager.
