Gautier started his career at Bertelsmann Group, spending almost 10 years at Prisma Presse. In 2002, he joins Mindshare (GroupM France - WPP). Gautier has lead one of the Media buyer department at Mindshare Paris for 3 years and then the Luxury department. In 2007, he founded the French diversification department of the agency: Mindshare Performance in charge of Branded Content and the special operations. Gautier joined Zenith Paris in December 2008 as Deputy CEO. In 2010, he became CEO at Zenith, where he lead strategic thinking and business growth of the agency, both in France and internationnally. In 2013, Gautier was named COO of ZenithOptimedia Group and was in charge of all the subsidiaries and activities of the Group in France. He also represents the Group at the UDECAM. Gautier is named President at Publicis Media and coordinates the media agencies and media expertise centers of Publicis France. Under the instigation of Agathe Bousquet, President at Publicis France, he became COO of all Publicis activities in France in 2018. Personnally, he is also invested in many humanitarian cause including NOEMI, whose mission is to change the eye of society on polydisabled people. He participated to the latest campaign "A Child's eyes" (Leo Burnett) which won a Gold Lion and numerous international awards.
